How the clinics work

  • Do I need a Médis card to go to an appointment?

    No. Médis Clinic is open to everyone: with or without Médis insurance. However, Médis subscribers can benefit from special conditions.

    Simply:

    • Present the digital card at the Médis app,
    • have with you the physical Médis card
    • or know your card number.
  • How do I book an appointment?

    If you choose the website, depending on the reason for the appointment, you can book your appointment on the hour or leave a request for an appointment.

    Reasons that allow booking an appointment directly:

    • Assessment/check-up
    • Braces assessment
    • Implants assessment
    • Braces control
    • Oral hygiene

    Reasons that only allow leaving a request for an appointment:

    • Appointments for children
    • Wisdom teeth
    • Broken teeth
    • Toothache
    • Aesthetics
    • Rehabilitation (crowns or dentures)
    • Emergency Other

    For reasons that only allow leaving a request for an appointment, you will be contacted later to book your appointment.

  • What specialties does Médis Clinic has?

  • Do I need a ticket from the kiosk to check into the clinic?

    Upon arrival at the clinic, you can check in at the digital kiosk at the entrance, without having to wait for your turn.

    At the kiosk, you can check-in using one of the following options:

    • citizen’s card
    • Médis card
    • or requesting the Patient Manager’s assistance.

    The kiosk’s ticket number will then be called directly to the doctor’s office. 

  • Can I book an emergency appointment?

    Yes. You can book an emergency appointment at any Médis Clinic.

    You can book an appointment through the website or by calling the clinic.

  • How much does an appointment cost?

    The amount you pay at the end of an appointment may vary depending on:

    • treatment(s) underwent
    • if you have a Médis or Médis Dental insurance.

    Patients with Médis insurance have access to special prices. Patients with other insurances not covered by Médis Clinic have access to different prices.

  • WHAT ARE THE ANY PAYMENT OPTIONS OR FINANCING AVAILABLE?

    At any Médis Clinic, you can pay

    • in cash,
    • by debit card
    • or MBWay.

    Soon, you will be able to create a financing plan tailored to your needs with the help of one of our Patient Managers.

  • DO YOU COVER ALL INSURANCES OR HEALTH SYSTEMS?

    Médis Clinic is open to all patients; currently, however, we only cover Médis and Médis Dental insurance policies.

    If you enjoy ADSE benefits or if you are covered by any health insurance, we recommend asking for your reimbursement after the appointment or treatment.

    What is Médis Dental insurance?

  • CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO A MÉDIS INSURANCE AT A MÉDIS CLINIC?

    No. It’s not possible to subscribe to a Médis or Médis Dental insurance at Médis Clinic.

    Médis Clinic is dedicated exclusively to the practice of dentistry. Still, you can subscribe online, at any time, on the Médis website.
